What can I use to power the fountain?
The Aqorix™ fountain uses a standard USB connection, giving you flexible power options. You can plug it into a USB power adapter, USB port, or a power bank if there isn't a power outlet near your pet's bowl.
Why is stainless steel better than a plastic bowl?
Our fountain uses durable 304 stainless steel, which is non-porous and easier to keep clean than plastic. It is resistant to odours, staining and the scratches that can develop on plastic surfaces over time.
Simply remove the stainless steel components regularly and clean them according to the care instructions to keep your pet's drinking area fresh and hygienic.
How often should I replace the filter?
For best results, we recommend replacing the filter every 2–4 weeks, depending on your pet's usage and the condition of the filter.
Regular filter replacement helps keep the water clean and fresh and ensures the filtration system continues working effectively.
Is the pump loud?
No. The Aqorix™ fountain uses a quiet submersible pump designed for continuous operation. When properly installed and covered by water, it produces only a gentle water-flow sound and is designed to be unobtrusive in your home.
