2. Main Characteristics of Goods

Aqorix™ provides premium pet hydration systems, specifically 304-grade stainless steel fountains and associated filtration components. Full specifications are available on the individual product pages.

3. Pricing & Payment

The full price of the goods, including all costs and taxes, is displayed at the checkout. Payment is secured via encrypted local gateways (Yoco / PayFast / PayJustNow). We do not store your credit card information.

4. Cooling-Off Period

Under Section 44 of the ECT Act, you are entitled to cancel without reason and without penalty any transaction and any related credit agreement for the supply of goods within 7 days after the date of the receipt of the goods. Note: This applies to unused items in original packaging. Hygiene restrictions apply to used pet fountains.

Aqorix™ is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (No. 4 of 2013). Your data is used solely for order fulfilment and communication regarding your purchase.
