Refund & Returns Policy

At Aqorix™, we stand behind the quality of our stainless steel hydration systems. We want you and your pet to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we’re here to help.

1. 14-Day Change of Mind

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging (undamaged).
  • For hygiene reasons, fountains that have been filled with water or used by a pet cannot be returned under "Change of Mind."

Note: Customers are responsible for the courier costs associated with returning "Change of Mind" items. We recommend using Pudo or The Courier Guy for a tracked service.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your Aqorix™ system arrives damaged or the pump fails to operate within the first 30 days, please notify us immediately at info.aqorix@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used replacement filters (for health and hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info.aqorix@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with the return delivery address (Durban-based warehouse).
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method  within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
