1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify, update, or discontinue products or services without notice.

While we make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and other information on our website are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If an error affects an order, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where applicable, contact the customer before fulfilling the order.

3. Shipping & Delivery Terms

We facilitate shipping through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners. Available delivery options and applicable shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier network, peak periods, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of Aqorix™'s reasonable control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's operating procedures and network. Aqorix™ cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time.

For Pudo Locker-to-Locker deliveries, customers will receive the necessary collection information and PIN once their parcel has arrived at the selected locker.

4. Returns and Refunds

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee subject to the conditions set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Unused items in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund, while used items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Customers are encouraged to review our full Refund & Returns Policy before making a purchase.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aqorix™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services.

Customers are responsible for using our products in accordance with the instructions provided with the product. The owner is responsible for ensuring that the fountain, pump, power source, and associated components are properly installed, maintained, and used as intended.
