Welcome to Aqorix™ (aqorix.co.za). By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Accuracy of Pricing

Prices for our products (such as the 3.2L Stainless Steel Fountain and Replacement Filters) are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.

3. Shipping & Delivery Terms

We facilitate shipping through trusted third-party partners, including The Courier Guy and Aramex. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our standard delivery window of 3 – 5 business days.

While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, Aqorix™ is not liable for delays caused by courier logistics, customs processing, or regional issues such as loadshedding or civil unrest.

4. Returns and Refunds

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: unused items in original packaging are eligible for a full refund, and used items (filled with water or used by your pet) are eligible for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aqorix™ shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the fountain or pump system. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure the unit is maintained according to the provided instructions.
