Pudo Locker-to-Locker — R79
Collect your parcel from your nearest Pudo locker.
Delivery within 2–4 business days • Tracking number provided

Standard Door-to-Door Courier — R109
Have your order delivered directly to your door.
Delivery within 3–5 business days • Tracking number provided

Delivery Timelines

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Pudo Locker-to-Locker: 2–4 business days
  • Door-to-Door Courier: 3–5 business days

Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier network.

Your order may be delivered through one of our trusted courier partners, including The Courier Guy or Aramex.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your unique tracking number or collection details. You can use your tracking information to follow your parcel's journey.

For Pudo Locker-to-Locker deliveries, you will receive a PIN once your parcel has arrived at the selected locker. Simply enter your PIN at the locker to collect your order.

Please Note:

  • Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and South African Public Holidays.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • During busy periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, delivery may take slightly longer than the standard delivery window.
  • Please ensure that your delivery details are correct when placing your order. Aqorix™ cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
  • Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's network and operating schedules.
