Delivery Timelines
To ensure the highest quality standards and secure logistics, our standard delivery window is 3 – 5 business days.
This timeframe allows us to process your order, perform quality checks, and navigate local logistics through our trusted partners, The Courier Guy or Aramex.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your unique tracking number. You can follow your Aqorix™ parcel's journey directly on the courier's website.

- During peak periods (like Black Friday or Christmas), delivery may take slightly longer.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct; we cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
