Filters collect impurities over time. Replacing them regularly helps maintain cleaner, fresher and better-tasting drinking water for your pet.
The activated carbon filter helps reduce chlorine and unpleasant tastes and odours from the water.
🧽 What Does the Pump Sponge Do?
The pump sponge acts as an additional layer of protection for the pump, helping trap hair, dust, debris and sediment before they reach the pump.
🔄 When Should I Replace Them?
For best results, replace the filter and sponge every 2–4 weeks, depending on your pet's usage and water quality.
If the filter becomes visibly dirty or the water flow decreases, it may need to be replaced sooner.
